We are looking for committed and reliable students and doctoral candidates to actively support us during the conference – either as a technical supervisor or admission assistant:

The tasks of a technical supervisor:

  • Supervision of laptop and presenter to ensure smooth interaction.
  • Installing and saving speakers‘ presentations if an update is required.
  • Starting the presentation at the beginning of the lecture
  • Show presentation with organisational information at the end of the session / day

The tasks of an admission assistant:

  • Stand by in front of the door during the breaks, 30 minutes before the start of the workshop.
  • Greet visitors in a friendly manner, address people without a (valid) participant ID.
  • You can listen to the presentations during the session, but keep an eye on the door.
  • Count and note down all workshop participants during a session block.
  • Persons may be kindly expelled from the hall if necessary.
