The Executive Board of the EFDS

The Executive Board within the meaning of § 26 BGB consists of a Chairperson, the Secretary
of scientific work and up to eight other board members.

Tasks of the Executive Board

Admission of members
Management of the assets of the Association
Preparation of the General Assembly
Preparation of an annual statement of accounts, with balance sheet
and overview of income and expenditure
Preparation of an estimate for the following business year
Employment of a managing director
In urgent cases, the General Meeting shall decide on the
