We’re happy to announce the cooperation with High Tech NL and EFDS – The European Society of Thin Films. Together, we aim to connect the thin film and microelectronics communities, promote cross-border collaboration, and drive innovation across Europe. The 9th “ALD for Industry” conference, coming up in March 17 – 18, 2026 for the first time in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
This event is the leading forum for current trends in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Atomic Layer Etching (ALE), and Atomic Layer Processing (ALP). Focusing on application-oriented research, industrial challenges, and emerging technologies. We look forward to further strengthening the bridge between thin film technology and microelectronics and to promoting innovation and networking across Europe.
